I purchased the Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N over a year ago and I have to say I was totally satisfied! In fact I was so satified, I purchased one for my daughter a few months ago as well. This is an excellent product! It cooks steaks, salmon, veggies, whatever quickly and the meat always turns out juicy and delicious. I love the fact that I can use it in the closed or open position to cook and the results are the same – awesome! I was skeptical at first because I thought the cooking surface would not be big enough, I was surprised to find that I can actually cook four nice size burgers at the same time or I can cook two T-bone steaks with ease. Clean up is a breeze too since the plates pop right out and the drip pan slides out for cleaning as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

I spent some cash on one of the better rated “air ovens” and was not happy. 30mins on chicken that never got core temp of 170 but was hard as a rock on the outside. The air oven takes a lot of space and hard to deal with (when you open or try to get to the bottom items). Chicken was done in 10 mins hit 170 before that but left it in a bit longer and was just great. The air oven will be in a box.

The 5 & 1 Griddler is extremely easy to use and easy to clean. I use it every week and the ability to cook without all that fat and greese is better than most units that are similar. The fact that you can grill both sides of the meat at the same time makes grilling a breeze and extremely fast.
